Was happy with the cost, but not service. Took over 30 mins to e picked up and no one at the office at opening, late by 10 mins. Almost missed my flight
Overall excellent value but slow service. Waiting time at airport 45 minutes. In office pick-up 1/2 hour. Return; 1/2 hour
The Bad,
Car rate was three times higher than online quote.
Surprise 3rd party insurance of $10 per day added to bill.
I rent cars all the time and this never happens.
In short, as usual great experience....however cars are not as fresh out of production line as compared to other agencies but worth..unless you are going to an award function.
Nice rates, good service but below expectation vehicle. However, from my experience of using many many rental services, these are certainly above average and i have already made my next reservations with this car rental agency. So, I am happy with the services.
Excellent value for the money. Renters should make sure they bring proof of rental car insurance to avoid extra fees.
