Yes very nice people... too bad small car was not acceptable...

No issues or delays, good experience
This was my first time renting through Car Rental Express and with Zoom Rent-A-Car. I was very impressed with the ease of booking the car, the customer service on the phone for questions I had, all the way through arrival at Toronto airport where Zoom actually called me to let me know to call them as soon as I was out of customs area. I called and the shuttle picked me up in 10 minutes. The care was almost new, and the service upon return was very efficient as was the ride to the aiport.
Quality and customer service was not at the top of the list, but understandable as a low budget option.
there was confusion as to where we were to be picked up and we had to take a taxi to the office, coasting us $34, and there was confusion on the milage, I understood from the email confirmation it was unlimited, at the office we were told 3000
Check in staff did not believe I was insured EVEN THOUGH they had made 3 previous phone calls to me to confirm this and I confirmed it with my insurance company days prior to arrival. We were detained over 30 minutes trying to satisfy this issue. Distance from airport is extremely inconvenient among other complaints about this company.
The car was great. I rented it for the thanksgiving weekend. I didn't have problems with the car. The only thing is that the agency is a little bit far from my house, to get there I need to travel to the airport and then take the shuttle . It would be a good idea if you can have a shuttle from downtown, maybe have 3 or 5 rides all day long. The staff was kind . I will look forward to rent a car again with you.
