This location has terrible customer service in general. There is one or two staff members with manners, but the rest not so. The big issue here is that there are several unusual hidden fees - this time it was a manditory insurance charge for 3rd party liability. I rent from many different agencies with my Avion Infinite card, and there is no mandatory daily fee. At Zoom it was $10/day and not included on the quote. Last time it was a $5/day fee if my trip was going outside of Ontario.

The value is fantastic and the cars are mostly high quality Japanese vehicles in good condition. The main limitation of this company is it is located at Dixie Rd, which is several miles from the airport. You need to go to Viscount station and call them for pick-up, which can add an hour to your time. The service is better than most discount car rentals as they have several staff.
my experence with zoom was just as they said zoom had no car available when i arrived to pick it up but had made arangements for me at fox rent a car where they honered my deal with zoom and all was perfect i had to extend my rental for 2 extra days it was no problem at all same rate hassel free so full marks for takeing care of me thanks rod fowler
Awkward location
No complaints
The GPS system had not been updated for more than 30 months so was missing some key information for my travels. Also, cars are usually clean when I rent. Them and this one Had not been vacuumed. (Not a big deal)
