Wish there is more pick up point inside the city.

I have used Zoom Car Rentals many times and they always do what they agree to do. However, the men are not very pleasant while doing it. The ladies are more friendly and courteous. The lady who picked me up at the airport helped me with my bags. When I returned the car. the man who checked the car in saw my luggage in the trunk and just walked away. He was prompt in all he did but not helpful.
We waited for 20 minutes for the car to pick us up on YYZ, did not help us much on luggage. But this is overall not too bad as compared to the other things that Im going to mention Firstly, the website that we booked quoted a price and so we agreed and satisfied, that's why we booked it. But there's a lot of gimmicks behind it. So, BE AWARE on your booking ( read everything carefully before you book as they will find ways to scam you).
Aside from waiting for the $500 fee to be put back on my card, great experience. I'd rent from Zoom again without a doubt!
They didn't picked up at the right time. The car was not complete. The car was below my exception. In the contract they mentioned 2013-2014 model but they gave me older corolla. Also the wiper blades were not working properly.

Car came back immaculate, full of fuel and after 27km for 5 days.
Dont go with this agency, they offer you good quotation but when its time to pay you have to pay the same thing with the others agencies but far away from the terminal. AVOID THEM.
All fine; a little bit of wait at Viscount Station to be picked up, but overall a great experience. Will surely use this agency again!
