We had to wait for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport over an hour.
van was dirty
Good service but my van has no CD players and bad odor inside the Van.
representatives were very polite and helpful
I showed up at Denver International (along with the family) and was told by the shuttle driver that there were no vans. I tried to get in touch with the office several times but no one answered. I was forced to scramble to find another car. A very unprofessional operation.
We had to wait about 30 minutes to get from the airport to the rental place. There was a wait securing our rental also at AVR, but they gave us a great deal and we got an upgrade without being charged and they compensated us with having to drop off our rental and a different parking place because they were closed on Sunday.
