I am a multiple - multiple repeat customer @ AVR is Orange County & I really like their service . Especially great is Raphael & Sonny, at the rental desk.
The wifi we rented is very slow and difficult to connect
The vehicle was very dirty inside and out with several obvious dents, scratches and signs of age. Unprofessional
I rented Ford Transit from AVR for my previous trip and it was a decent vehicle and the experience was good. Based on that I booked with AVR for my trip to Lake Tahoe. The vehicle that was provided was Chevy Express. This was the worst vehicle I had ever rented. The vehicle did not had rear camera and few basic things expected of a Passenger Van. On top of it, the vehicle was in pathetic condition though it had clocked only 77k miles. High time AVR replaces Chevy with better vehicles.

The Customer Service Representative was great. She was knowledgeable, and I got the great vehicle too.
All was perfect!!
The steering wheel started shaking when vehicle reached 60 mph. Battery died in the third day.
The staff when I returned was not helpful and rudely.
However the manager was professional and helpful.
The young ladies at counter was very professional and courteous
Van seat belts were little noisy and in general the van was noisy ( a lot of noise from yhe outside and inside)
