ok this box is not big enough ! Was told no charge 2nd driver ! Was then charged when I got there ! Paid for insurance from the site I rented car then when got there was told that insurance was no good needed yours ! If the people renting your cars are no good why are you using them car was dirty in drivers door used tissues and loose peanuts in door ! Gross ! Took car back was told they couldn't shuttle us back had to walk in 100+ weather NOT HAPPY WILL BE GIVING BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE

The rental and price were great
Very disappointing experience! My flight was delayed, so my reservation was cancelled, due to a previously unknown policy. The clerk was nice enough to try to accommodate us, but we ended having to pay twice as much for another minivan elsewhere. Very very disappointing!
