It is a good value, however, the additional insurance coverage it's ridiculously expensive. The call center staff is so rude. The lady that helped me at the Las Vegas office helped me so much. Her name is Maria. She is very personable and sweet. She's a keeper.

The van was great for our family road trip. I was not aware of the limited mileage requirement. Please make that more prominent on the website. It was an additional $50 I did not intend to spend as I thought we had unlimited miles. Additionally, although it may be implied, it should be clear that the total amount due will be paid up front when the van is received. Like other rentals, I assumed payment would be due upon drop off. It worked out, but I encourage you to be clear on your site.

First time rental for a large van. Great customer service, vehicle was ready and clean, drove well, drop off was simple and shuttle to airport was efficient. Great experience!
Beyond expectations! Came with family of 10, had a 2013 model waiting for us. I saw 2016 model in lot, I asked Keane, who was super nice & friendly for later model, he said no problem...rate was fantastic. My3 day rental was cheaper than a one day rental would have been at one of the "big " rental agencys.....
