The vehicle was clean, staff courteous and helpful, and the vehicle pick up and returns were efficiently done.
Rental Agent was very friendly and helpful
we were 10 minutes late after office was closed. They opened it and finished closing & provided receipt for the total cost.

I have often recommended AVR to other non-profit agencies. So I was saddened to learn that they no longer offer a non-profit discount. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful at the San francisco Airport location, but was saddened to receive a vehicle that was in serious disrepair. The van had a missing fender above one of the wheel wells, that created an obnoxious and very concerning sound while I was driving on the highway.
The staffs were nice and helpful.
