I waited for more than two hours. I was told lie after lie as to why the can I reserved wasn't available a d I had to wait. I eventually had to take a 12 passenger van instead of the 15 I reserved. I was told the manger would call me to discuss about the issue. She never called. I was told again that the manager would call whe. I dropped off. She never did. One of the worst car rental experiences I had in my life.

It was under staff for the holidays.
I waited for 45 min in the airport for a shuttle. I was not happy but when I arrived at the AVR office, I saw Thor explaining very patiently to a first customer. I thought she would never leave. Thor managed to excuse himself to help me. He apologized and got right into my business. I got my car within 15 minutes! Thank you, Thor.

Did not have class of vehicle reserved but charged an upgrade. Ultimately had to dispute with manager to remove the upgrade charge.
