The vehicle guaranteed was not available, though a number of such vehicles were clearly on the lot. I was told the wait time for them to be prepared would be 30 mins to 1 hour. I was given a larger vehicle, which did suffice, but was somewhat unweildly in urban parking situations. The staff was courteous but unhelpful, in that my rental experience took 90 minutes to complete.

No problems Maria and Grace were very helpful. I would say that it was the fastest I have ever been processed and driving away for vacation. The van was as promised. I had unlimited miles for 16 days and put 1591 miles on the van, it worked perfect on the highways and byways of southern California and Las Vegas. I would recommend this company and I would definitely use them again. Thank you AVR
After reading some not so positive reviews, I was hesitant to rent from AVR. I had nothing but a positive experience and would highly recommend them for anyone needing a van. Site listed Kia Sedona as the van but I actually got a Dodge Grand Caravan. Van had a few blemishes but was perfect for our family. My deposit was promptly returned after the return inspection. I got a 7 passenger van for 3 days for the same amount other companies charge for 1 day.
