Although, I had to call multiple times to clarify some confusion with the capacity of the vehicle I reserved, at the end everything was good.
Overall we are satisfied with AVR. There are couple of things we like to mention: 1) the 15-seat VAN is not in good shape, there is rain water leaking into the passenger side, one seat is not usable. 2) upon returning, the staff said the 1/8” rocks on the floor may break their vacuum and the VAN needs to be sent detail (I don’t know how much it will be). So we drove the VAN to a gas station and vacuum the floor to avoid extra charge.

The first van was not what was expected. The van was of poor quality and smelled like a dog kennel. They did get us a nice clean newer van upon request. Very nice people to work with.
Vehicle I reserved was initially unavailable and counter clerk wanted to re-schedule pick up for next day which would have ruined our vacation plans. However, she was able to work it out and provided us the van that we needed so badly. Very happy with the service.
I've been renting for the 3rd time and I always get old and ugly van. Tried to get at least the kinda new one but always not available. The last staff she's a bitch got an attitude. You need to hire a better staff.
The first van offered for rent had dangerously low front tire tread wear and a nail in the tire. We drove a second van 280 mile only to find out that the front tires on it were almost as bad. Customer service had me take the van to Pep Boys to replace the tires. Not happy that we were put in danger of a tire blowout and had to spend over 2 hours of our time getting the tires replaced. However, customer service was very professional and apologetic and vowed to find out why this happened.
Staff was very friendly.
