I answered all questions honestly and accurately. My wife and I were extremely pleased with everything associated with our AVR experience. Daisy in the Sacramento office was awesome as was Michael the manager.. We were treated so well. The vehicle was perfect. The overall service was the best experience I've had renting a vehicle. My wife and I were completely satisfied and we have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend AVR to anyone without hesitation.

The woman at the agency told me I had to get insurance with the van or show her my proof of insurance that covered the van I was renting. The minimum insurance cost was $188. She insisted I had to buy it until I questioned why no one ever made me aware of this cost before I was quoted the price and then she finally backed down. Very manipulative and unprofessional.

we've been using this agency for years, staff is great. the prices just continue to rise while the vans remain the same. also we are local and forced to pay the airport van fee and we don't use the van service. that should be optional for local residents.and, you should work out something with fastrac and the golden gate bridge.
