the worse service in my complete life and junk car I never see for rental purpose

AVR is the best place to rent a large van. They are affordable and convenient.
We rent from AVR every year. They are a short walk from the car rental main terminal at the Las Vegas Airport. Our group needs 15 passenger vans and AVR is affordable and convenient.
Windows of van had smear marks, specifically the rear window.
The location interior could use some renovation.

I teserved the van a couple of weeks before and called a couple of hours previously to let them know that we would be late arriving to pick up due to a delay with the airline. My reservation was confirmed at that time. When we arrived at the airport I called for a shuttle, I was told that my reservation was not found and nothing was available. I was calling enterprise before they finally "found" it under the SAME reservation number I gave THREE TIMES previously that supposedly didn't exist
Definitely will consider AVR if my needs for a van on vacation pop up again.
I received a call the day before my rental and told that the 15 passenger van I reserved on May 16 (over 2 months ago!) has become "unavailable due to maintenance." This is definitely unacceptable. We were traveling with a sports team, 13 players and 1 coach. That means just one driver. I was offered 2 minivans in replacement but with one driver, that was not going to work. I was very upset and asked the agent find me a suitable replacement. He was apologetic and tried find a replacement.
Waited over 2.5 hrs at airport for pickup. No response when trying to call after 40 minutes. Waited over 45 minutes at the rental location. Car not ready, hot inside building, no cups for warm water. Associate tried to be helpful, but at this point, all 6 guests were miserable.
