Overall bad experience, vehicle was extremely dirty, error lights on the dashboard due to poor maintenance, team members could not fix. Failures on the vehicle throughout rental. Return experience was horrid, I asked to have the manager contact me and was told that I have to contact them.... then to top it all off the trip back to the airport I had to tell the driver to slow down due to feeling my family and I in danger. I will continue to try and reach out to the manager there

The quote provided didn't include the cost of the child seats, even though they were shown as included. We would have used someone different if we knew the car seats would be almost $200 by themselves. They also tried to tell us they didn't have the correct child seats once we had finished the agreement and only when I threatened to cancel the whole rental were they able to find the correct size seats. Ridiculous.

The van needs an wheel alignment. The steering wheel would shake. I wish I would have been informed that I need to telephone for a pickup. I thought the agency was at the airport.

The van had a very distinct foul odor commonly associated with sweat socks and/or locker rooms. I had to purchase air fresheners to make the trip tolerable. The wiper blades on this vehicle were also in poor condition and did not improve when I cleaned the blades. So I had to buy replacement wipers for safety sake. While I would have done it even without reimbursement because our safety is more important than $25, I felt like I was given the 3rd degree about why I didn't get permission

There weren't very many staff there when I went to pick up the van, so I had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped. I didn't like that we couldn't be shuttled back to the airport directly.
