When I called with a request to change my reservation I was helped promptly
We did wait at the counter for along time. The attendant was busy finishing up a check in and the other person in the office said she would be right with me, but never did anything. The attendant we waited for was very pleasant (I'm glad the other person in the office seemed to busy to help, I think she was eating at her desk), she apologized for the delay, was very knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed for our car.
I drove to the AVR location in Millbrae. The location did not have a very good signage where to park and enter the building to pick up the van. Once I found the entrance, everything went perfectly.
Initially the van given was really lousy - there was no seat adjustment and even before we hit 30 miles - the tire pressure started flashing - it was a group of ladies who were going and we were scared to drive it further - Airport Van Rental made it up for that by getting us an exchange vehicle within an hour and made our travel safe - Please make sure good vehicles are given for rental - you are not reducing the price for an old van - rentals are taken to remove the headache from unsafe travel
pick up at 11pm but the 15 seater van that i requested wasnot ready wheni arrived. i have waited for 15-30 mins before they issued me the van i requested. i was surprised seeing the outside dirty and the seats and flooring were also dirty. i requested it to be washed but they said their onsite washer is broken and would take addtional 30 mins wait timeif they will take it to the car wash. the staff just wiped the seats, i was so disappointed with my rental this time.
I've been renting from you for 2 years now, everyone there is always great and helpful. I don't like the new policy for local renters. We should get better rates and deals because we are local and can tell others about our experience and recommend your company. Please bring back unlimited miles. Other than that I love renting with you guys and the great customer service that I always receive from the friendly staff.

The two young ladies in the office were wonderful! They were courteous, pleasant, and very thorough. I would definitely rent here again and recommend the company to family and friends!
Service was good
We had to wait 45 minutes after arriving to get our vehicle. There were 3 other groups waiting just as long and when a can pulled into the driveway we were all fighting to see if it was ours. That wasn't a fun start to our trip. We will not be using this company again.
