Rental was not available at first, but it was worked out after we tried 3 vehicles.

The van I rented had a few external body panels missing, and there where numerous front and rear bumper scratches. As we picked it up after dark I was a little worried that I had noticed them all. I had to ask to get a copy of the damage report as it was not going to be provided. Upon checking the damages in the morning light I was confident I had found them all. I remained suspicious of my return, but all to no avail, as the rental agent was nice and friendly and was one of the quickest returns
Wish the shuttle came sooner. First shuttle reaches airport only at 8:20 AM.
