The services is not really good , his name Abdirizak , he doesn't have any customer services knowledge , and he is not friendly and so stingy.
Renting a vehicle is par for the course. What made this experience different was the care and attention provided by the staff. It was not business as usual. The interaction was with a few of the staff, not simply the agent working the paper processing. Thanks AVR! -Dave

Our reserved van was unavailable when we arrived to pick it up, and the staff was unhelpful in securing alternative transportation. Horrible experience, will not use this company again.
the first van we rent was in a very bad condition unsafe in long distance from san diago to temecula so we have to return it back next day for exchange plus it was dirty with baby diaper on the A/C opening in the back,with stain of spelled liquid on the back seat.the second van was better engine and safe in the way but the cleaning was bad.the staff on san Diago brunch was good & promise 5% DIS.the staff on san francisco office uncooperative at all and they over charge us 162.00$ for gas
