Need people work like their work for them, not for company .
My experience was great. My van was ready when I arrived to pick it up, it was clean, and the staff was courteous.
I was nervous about renting from AVR because of some of the very negative reviews from prior renters. I am so glad I didn't let those influence me. I had an outstanding experience and am very, very glad that I rented through AVR. The mini-van was in excellent condition and worked flawlessly. The check-out and check-in went smoothly and quickly and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was so much more reasonable than any other auto rental place I contacted. I am totally satisfied.

Airport Van Rental was not ready for a flood of people. It took an hour from the time we walked in the door to driving off the lot to rent the van.
