We had to call to get our deposit and gas money back. However, they responded quickly and in a friendly manner. I would use them again!!
Very very very dirty van
Staff was amazingly friendly and kind. Both the person who checked me in and the one who checked me out. Even the guy who moves the vans around was friendly.
We rent vans annually for our family vacations. I will definitely look to you for rates
The van was a bit higher mileage than expected and had balding on the insides of the front tires. Hope this is taken care of before the van is rented again. Also the antenna was broken off so the radio did not work. Other than that it was great and a LOT cheaper than other places.
AVR Portland was great. I will use again for my swim team.

I got a Dodge Caravan instead of a Sedona. Gas tank wasn't full as expected because I only drove for 9 miles and 1/8 of a gas tank was gone.
After looking at multiple agencies, AVR was the best spot to pull 15 passenger vans from. As a teacher, it is difficult to find transportation for all of the students I take on field trips. Someone at the desk named Dan was especially helpful with everything. Good service with a very knowledgeable staff.
We never had a problem with the van that we rented out. Perfect size for my family. I will surely use you again. The rep who helped us out when we picked up the van was very nice and helpful.
The van was not ready and we had to wait for it to get washed. The van smelled like throw up and dog poop so we went and bought car vent fresheners and it did help. We use airport van rental every year we are in Vegas and will continue to do so, just hope the vans are a little cleaner and smell better when we get there.
