The staff working at the car rental agency were very friendly, helpful and patient. I experienced some issues with my bank card, and they were great about the issues that I was having. I look forward to renting from the company again.

Worst customer service. Rude Agent said an insurance was mandatory and would not let me leave the lot without it. Found out its NOT mandatory. Broken cup holder. Light fixture plate missing, back door stuck need 2 people to pull open.
They called and asked the day of my drop off if i could return it early because they had 3 vans out of servic
Very Satisfied
Great van rental with the Transit van. It was new, clean, and drove nicely and comfortably. Pick up and drop off was super easy and efficient. I like AVR a lot and will rent again.
It would be nicer to be at the airport, not at a hotel or office building.
Customer service was not helpful when communicating about shuttle pickup. The pickup are is very long and a lot of shuttles come and go. We were waiting towards the end of the pickup area and couldn't see the beginning of the area where our shuttle must have stopped. Instead of slowly driving by the rest of the area, the shuttle bus loads and quickly drives away. Also, I called with a flat tire less than 10 miles from the pickup location. Customer service basically told me that I was on my own.
After reading all the poor reviews on-line I cancelled by rental and went with another company. If you want to earn my business you will need to treat your customers better than what I read.

i was given a van which had problems with the brake, i had to come back and exhange the van.
whilst returning the van in SFO office i was made to wait for 35 minutes, i could have missed by flight. only one staff was on job.
The van suspension was shaky and the brakes were loud.
