When we arrived to pick up our vehicle there was one person working and the line was rather long. She was however very friendly, courteous and professional. The van suited our needs and got us to our desired destination and home again.

You get what you pay for. Good price, but the place is pretty rough and beat up - not a big deal but strange giving your credit card to a place that is dirty. Bit of a hard sale on the insurance and pre-paying for a half tank of gas. Van was brand new, still had temp plates. Tons of dents and dings so do a careful walk around before you leave. It was a brand new Ford van but the AC did not work. It was 104 out, but after 20 minutes, it should be blowing cold. Aweful, aweful driving around

Despite of the negative reviews on social media and YELP. I've rented from AVR several times and I have yet had a negative experience. The service was great, the van was perfect, no problems here. Thanks again.
Car brake on the right driver side has smell like burning when braking. And it got over heated twice. Obviously needs better maintenance. Half of our day was wasted due to the over-heat.

The van had what looked like someone had gone #2 on a part of the bench seat. On the other hand, the team removed a row of seating that allowed us to carry more of my daughters belongings. She is attending college at University of Nevada/Reno and didn't want to leave anything behind! It was along trip up and back and everything worked perfectly. Apparently the booking system crashed, so there was along wait to check-out, but the counter staff was very helpful and apologized for the delay,
