This is my 4th time renting a van from you'all. Don't change a thing. You're doing GREAT (which means a lot coming from me because I'm a prickly lawyer and very hard to satisfy) :)

Had to pay for 2 full days...not open after 3PM on Saturday! Rented the van @ 4:00PM Friday, returned sat. @6PM.
van had greater than 100,000 miles and felt the age. unexpected.

Some miscommunication with the pick-up. We had to wait for a second van. It would be nice if there was a direct phone line from baggage claim to call before making the long trip to the car rental section of SFO airport. That way the van could be there when we got to the pick up area.
