very old battery died on second rental day, have to call aaa to charge, pay $60
the rental outlet had computer problems when picking up the van which created a lengthy delay for us. The WIFI only worked on the first day. The van was however upgraded and it performed great.

I am a travel agent at AAA, and recently I have discovered AVR as finding one of the rare companes to have minivan rentals with the AAA discount. I have been recommending business to AVR for quite some time. However, my personal experience has forced me to never recommend your company again.
The minivan was not available and two other people were waiting for the same minivan (they told me to come back half an hour later). Deeply disappointed. 415-553-7217
