I love this place
Anna at the Los Angeles office was great and very professional. Must note the first vehicle had the tire pressure indicator displayed on the dash. I went in and mentioned it then Anna immediately stated that she would get another van. I was then on my way. This office and the Costa Mesa office have great employees.
The customer service was great. She was polite & educated.
Rental process was smooth and easy. Raelesha was nice and knowledgeable. Reserved van online with "unlimited" miles, but when I came into the store, the contract was for only 900 miles. Manager was able to honor online reservation so it would be a good idea to fix that online.

i wish i would have known there was a $250 block/ hold on my account. it really messed up my finances. i rented the van to help with my move so our money was tight and this added/ unexpected block made it even more difficult. none the less, i would still rent from you guys again, and plan on doing so for team trips and outings.

Great vehicle and great service but renters should be aware that there is no safe parking to leave a car. Best to either be picked up or dropped off.
