I called in for a same day rental and the lady said I could pick it up between 6-7pm. When I arrived around 6:15, the man told me they don't do same day rentals. The manager said they had 1 more available, but that means your staff needs better training as they're giving out false information. She also did not inform me it was a 24 hour period and each hour after was an hourly charge. I had to come back a couple hours later to have the full day which was inconvenient and couldve been avoided.

The van rental was great, met our needs perfectly. Great price for the day. Katie was very helpful, she has been a pleasure to work with both times I have rented through AVR. Will definitely be going back in the future.
