I wanted a Chev cargo van and got a Ford passenger van.
When we picked up the van Adam told us about a chip in the window but did not wright it down.
When we dropped it off you tried to say we chipped the windshield and tried to charge me for it.
The van also has clunks in the front end.
I don't like the varying rental rate, but the minivan was great.
Wonderful experience with rental cars.

We needed a last-minute 11-person van for a trip to attend a funeral. They waived excess mileage fees and accommodated us like family. They are an excellent company and I highly recommend them.
Chris was so helpful, we ended up renting from him after failures with another company. I am so glad we did. He also helped us purchase a special air cushion seat for my Mothers wheel chair, turns out that she also is able to use it during Dialasys. I will be renting again, and will recommend him to others as well. They were Awesome!
