I have rented a car from you a year ago and service was great, unfortunately this time service was extremely poor, when going out to inspect the car was at night and I was told that it was too dark to see anything, and if I would see anything to call back the next day, damages were so big on this car that I was embarrassed to drive this car around my friends and relatives. Not the experience I was looking for.
We needed a cargo van and received a passenger van with the seats removed. This worked out so much better because the van was quieter and we were able the strap our equipment to the chair rails.
The agency is 1 minute away from rental drop off but it took 30 minutes for them to pick us up. Then we watched another disatisfied customer argue with the rep for 30 more minutes. Then the rep took 45 minutes trying to sell insurance and other options when we just wanted what we ordered. We returned the vehicle after hours full of gas and were charged for 15 gallons at 5.76 per gallon- a total fraud. After emailing then calling 3 times we were told it was a mistake and they entered it wrong.
Friendly, helpful employees took time to go over the van controls. Prompt pick-up and drop off by the shuttle. Very clean rental.
