Overall experience was good. A few suggestions; 1) Office area is too small, family had to wait outside in cold while I checked out the vehicle. 2) Had to bring tire chains with me since you didn't offer them, it would have been better to be able to rent them 3) Windshield wiper fluid canister was previously filled with water and was frozen, took two days to unfreeze so I could add appropriate fluids. During that time had to stop frequently and manually clean windshield.
Due to the weather, the parking lot was extremely muddy. This was a problem for me with my bag and shoes. While I like the fact that I know when I rent from you guys, I get an all wheel vehicle for the price quoted, I do think you need to spruce up your transportation vehicles to and from the airport and fix your parking lot. It's all about first impressions, and yours is lacking. Your people are great and the prices are good.

Can't say enough about our experience. Happened upon Airport Van Rental only because other companies more known were sold out for Superbowl Weekend. We got a brand new 15 pax van at a rate lower than we budgeted for. Staff (Nancy) was efficient and personable. Plan to use AVR for an upcoming trip.

I had the worst experience with this agency. Calling them they were difficult and short when providing directions, I never got a call three days prior, and when our flight got in late they were unwilling to work with me when it was their shuttle that took 30-45 min to pick us up and made us late. Not a good experience whatsoever and did not appreciate the way the staff treated me on the phone. Very dismissive and rude!
