Excellent experience!!
I had a really bad experience the person helping me assigned me to wring van, then after he fixed the problem by scratching off info with writing over with a pen I noticed the mileage was incorrect by almost 1000 miles I pointed that out and asked him for new paper he did not want to give me a new he again scribbled over and put original mileage.
Van was dirty missing one seat and with half a tank.
I return van on February 7th I have not been returned my $250 holding deposit I keep calling

The car has so much scratches and very ugly looking at the front. The car is so smelly and stinks inside. This is very annoying when you enter the van. I feel like throwing up. This is the first rental car where the company do charge extra for the spouse to allow to drive the vehicle. Every other car rental companies like Budget, Alamo, Dollar and Enterprise do not charge the spouse to be another driver.
