I had a great overall experience.
The rental was great. We waited 30 minutes to get picked up from the airport - that was stressful and not terribly enjoyable. I had to call back twice - but once we got there it was great.

Good overall
Wait time is too long. The place was crowded and there were only two employees working at the front desk. I ended up waiting for approximately 45 minutes.
I was amazed at the deal and service from this company. We drove four kids and two adults from Santa Monica to Las Vegas in this van and it was fantastic! I only had to fill up twice (once in Vegas and once before turning it in) both times cost around $30. All of our luggage fit, the car was spacious and the deal was spectacular. I will definitely be renting another especially considering how affordable it is. The staff was extremely friendly. Overall great experience.
We rented two Dodge Caravans to make a trip with friends. Everybody very comfortably and drove well on the roads. The gentleman at the counter were quick and helpful with the rental. Enjoyed the experience
my only issue was that the van wasn't ready when we got there and had to wait over 1 hour for availability. Which then delayed our departure.
