I waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle pickup. When making the reservation, it would have been nice to know that not all insurance carriers will cover oversize vans like this - I was told at check-out, when I didn't have time to consult with my carrier, so I may have been able to save money on the insurance. Additionally, a suggestion to call the Best Western to arrange for a shuttle to the airport after dropping off the van would have saved me a taxi ride when the shuttle wasn't available.
Van was dirty outside and inside. Air-conditioning caused hot air to pour into the car. Car was shaky and rickety -- drove like a really old taxi. Had to wait an hour (62 minutes to be exact) for the van to be ready.

The coustomer care was impeccable upon making my reservation, pick up and drop off! Marina was so kind and her associates and manager were just as professional and friendly! Will be back for sure on my next trip:)

Rental was fine. Older than I anticipated. Quite a lot of rattling inside. One of the ceiling vents was missing

A little hard to get hold of customer service, but nice once the connection was made. Only one shuttle for a large group isn't good and had to taxi over to your location.
