The original vehicle i was provided had a cracked glass and rattling doors. I exchanged it for a different vehicle the next day. The staff was courteous and helped me with the exchange. However I would recommend that no one should be given a vehicle with a cracked glass in the first place. The first vehicle also did not have a reverse camera. I think all Vans should have a reverse camera as a standard fitment.

You should inform people abouth the deposit and the after hours drop off charge online. Just incase like mine that i had to have someone else charge it to their card cause i did not have enought and had no other option. Just my thought

There was a $200 "deposit" I was not aware of until check out. The shuttle service to RETURN to the airport was extremely lengthy. There should be more options during heavy travel times.

Everything was great. Only one very silly drawback was that I left my kleen kanteen thermus in the office when I rented the vans. I wasn't able to call to notify them and ask them to hold it for me because I was so busy with the trip, so they might have not known who's it was. When I came back the thermus was nowhere to be found. I just wish they would have saved it for me!! This has nothing to do with the great and flawless rental experience I had. And it was my fault I left my thermus!!!

Disappointing part of the experience related to picking up the vehicle. Rental agent began the transaction, then disappeared to some back room for several minutes, then repeated the back and forth from the rental desk to the back room a few more times, but never explained what was going on or why it was taking so long. Then the vehicle wasn't ready on time, so that added delay. Finally, the van I received didn't really seem like a 9 passenger van (only 2 benches for 3 plus 2 front seats).

The additional $26 a day insurance was not part of the quote and it was added to my rental without discussion. IF it's required that you purchase the additional insurance, it should be part of the quote. Additionally, I reserved the van several months prior to my rental date - within that time, the deposit amount changed but I was not notified of this. Both of these issues required an additional $125+ of charges I did not anticipate - this could be a problem for those attempting budget a trip

Poor customer service. Returned van 12 hours early and within daily mileage limit but they tried to charge me for either a late return or over mileage.

Waited almost 10 minutes for man to come out of office right next to front desk only after peeking in to ask if someone was working front desk. Car had cracked windshield, was dirty, had high mileage, no license plate and stale odor inside. Most importantly and concerning a wheel "shimmy" at 75 mph, the Posted speed limit for the area I was in. Lastly I understand all small companies need to start somewhere but the unpaved muddy, bumpy lot is a total turn off. Someone is bound to slip and fall.
