Nickel and dimed for a tiny window chip that may or may not have been present when I picked it up. Waste of time filling out paperwork for normal wear and tear on car.
After loyally renting vehicles from this company for many years, I will never rent from them again after they did not give us the promised vehicle I reserved for a major event my company had this weekend, causing us to look extremely bad to our clients. I reserved a 15 passenger van for one day at a cost of almost $300 and my employee was told that they did not have the van.. It was not only us but other customers there who had a similar problem.
The low tire light came on after a few days so I had to drive the van back to the rental place and have them pump up the tire. I drove the van for a few miles after that and the light went off. It was sort of an inconvenience to have to take time out of my day to do this but I did not want anything to go wrong with the van. The staff was really nice and took care of everything. The rates were better the first time I rented the same model of van.

I accidentally reserved it for 9pm, but needed it at 9am. You were out of vans, That is my bad, not you. But the girl helping me was very slow, we waited forever before anyone helped us, then she disappeared in the back for 15 minutes to "check if they had any vans"...it might have taken that long, but it just seemed like there was not much customer service or sense of urgency. I ended up canceling the reservation since it was a.rush. Also the TV in the lobby was WAY TOO LOUD, very distracting.
