My favorite rental company forever....
There was a $50+ difference (increase) at pick up. I showed the associate my quote received via email & he was able to adjust it to be a $0.25 increase.
Returning the car was extremely slow (took over 30 minutes, and I was 4th in line!)

It was a great experience
While things didn't initially go smoothly on pickup, Saul was awesome in helping to make things work. In the end, the replacement vehicle was better for our trip than the one we originally booked (which was unavailable). If traveling in Las Vegas again, would definitely rent a vehicle from them again!
Pleasant van rental experience
The company and vehicle were great, I just think the price was extremely steep for one minivan for a week. We are a nonprofit and I'm not sure we will be able to contour using this company due to their high prices.
Alexis is the the best. Her customer service and people skills, knowledge, and personality are beyond wonderful. She made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. I will gladly recommend AVR to friends and colleagues needing a rental. The van was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly.
