Rented in Denver. The pick up van was worn out and old (duck tape help one of the fiberglass screens to keep down the rattle- and didn't help). , my only complaint, when I first picked up the SUV, is that I wanted to keep the it for 4 more hours (return flight was at 4:30 and turn in was at 10:30) but was going to charged over a 1/5th of what I paid for the week - That's money out of your pocket that the company could have earned.

Rental staff were veru courteous. Rates were good.
The van was dirty and had sticky stains (soda?) on the cup holders. High mileage van. Made a lot of noises and had a vague slushy steering and brakes. Van quality was probably Ford's fault. I first thought it was a pre 2000 year van based on the Out dated dashboard controls, and was surprised to learn that van was manufactured in 2012! Shame on Ford for using an outdated design with non-intuitive controls and cheap materials shoddily assembled.
The 12 passenger GMC Savanah that I rented has a bad AC that turns on and off by itself and loud windy noise coming from the windshield area.

Customer service could have been better, agent could have acted in a more professional manner. Vehicle was satisfactory but could have been a better value.
Online said $150 hold on card but location held $200 on card.
