Probably the worst experience I had renting a vehicle. The DIA location need some serious help.
From the first phone call to dropping the van off the staff were amazing and extremely pleasant to work with. My van was there and ready when I came to pick it up. It was extremely clean and damage free.
I rent 12-15 passenger vans frequently and from now on there is only one place I will be renting from and that is AVR.
Upon arrival was informed that my vehicle was not available but this was rectified in a matter of several minutes after a couple of returns were brought in after a quick cleaning and fuel top off was on my way within 30-40 mins. Much better than the 6-8 hours that I had to wait last rental we could probably use a few more vehicles to avoid this problem however vehicles ran just fine and the price was ok I have and will continue to recommend air for vans
Van was dirty on inside, seats and windows were not cleaned well at all. Car was new so ran well, was great for 6 adults
The representative is very friendly and makes things simple. Wonderful.
The staff was very accommodating in satisfying any concerns or issues I had.
This was my first time renting with AVR and I had a great experience. I'll definitely keep AVR in mind for future rentals.

The people were excellent...good customer service.
Two problems with the van I rented.....1) The lock on the driver side door continued to fall out.
3) There were no steps, or step stool, to get into the van. Was very difficult for short or older people.
