Every thing went very smoothly.
The van is really too noisy (Too old and poor insulation)
Easy, convenient, fast service
The first vehicle I got was having mileage of 128K and in pretty poor condition. I called agency back to let me know if a better vehicle is available. No calls and I went back to agency and got a little better vehicle. Technical staff were really nice and helpful. Front desk staff not much so.
I rented on a long weekend and I guess it could be one reason I ended up getting a not so good van.
I am a sucker for a good price I would love to get better deals through your company since I have rented from you guys several times before and will continue to rent from you thanks again for asking how it went everything went well. If there is a way to get coupons or discounts please let me know how to do that and I will do it for the next rental.

It was not good experience, we wasted 2 hours of our vacation waiting for someone to pick us up from the Airport! We had kids with us & were exusted of the wait!
