We had a great adventure visiting Big Bear with the the Ford transit. It ran smooth and lot of loggage space. All pasengers were happy and had great experience with it.

All communication was handled through emails. I received individualized customer service from Joe, who was very informative and helpful. Would highly recommend this company for all van rentals. Vehicle was above our expectations.
Rental process was very easy but the van had a lingering cigarette smoke and the old suspension of the van made the ride rough.

Excellent service. Tracy was amazing and very helpful. Rented van in order to transport multiple items to San Diego for our daughter's wedding. The van made it all possible and this company deserves 5 stars for the entire process. I would highly recommend United Van Rentals!
