I was very impressed with this company. I was a little skeptical at first because I had never heard of them and they are 1.5 hours from my home, but prom is an important event and I needed to make this work. The original van I requested was way too big, so Louis came down to the office and replaced my rental with a smaller, but newer vehicle. He and Tracy were kind and accommodating; the best rental experience I have had. I will be using their services again, and recommending them to others :)
I would definitely recommend this rental company again. And if I ever want to rent again, I would definitely like to do with Tracey. He was very helpful with everything.
OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT AND WE WILL RETURN IN THE FUTURE. BOTH TRACY AND LOUIS WERE VERY HELPFUL ALONG THE WAY.
Tracy was very helpful during the rental process and upon delivery was right there to walk me through the instructions of how the van functions.
