Rental was for 12 passenger but one row of seats was missing during pickup from lot after hours at 10PM. Had to call contact and wait for someone to drive over 1.25 hours to install the missing row of seats. Appreciated the assistance in evening hours but wished the proper vehicle configuration was provided.

Was a pretty simple process from start to finish, especially the pickup and dropoff process. Van was in terrific condition. It was a bit pricey, but overall good.

Communication in advance with Tracy was great. Had to wait quite a while for the budget parking shuttle. Didn’t have lockbox code easily available but Hugo and Tracy solved the problem quickly. Van was great and just as described. Perfect for our family’s needs.
