Was a pretty simple process from start to finish, especially the pickup and dropoff process. Van was in terrific condition. It was a bit pricey, but overall good.
The office phone is very hard to reach.
Communication in advance with Tracy was great. Had to wait quite a while for the budget parking shuttle. Didn’t have lockbox code easily available but Hugo and Tracy solved the problem quickly. Van was great and just as described. Perfect for our family’s needs.
