The customer service person was less than courteous. He didn't look up from what he was doing, acknowledge us & he definitely wasn't friendly. He seemed socially inept, I wouldn't use him as the face of my company.
Great van, very clean, everything worked great and was the perfect fit for my needs. Drove extremely well and was superior to other vehicles I have rented in this class.
Counter was not staffed when I showed up to pick up rental I had called your 800 number to let them know my expected arrival time but they did not communicate this to the local Las Vegas desk so he was away for 40 mins when I arrived. This was an issue with your 800 number HQ person NOT the local guy as he had no idea.
The rental experience was fast, easy and exceeded my expectations. Vehicle was great and look forward to renting from United Van Rentals again.
Check in and check out were quick and efficient. I also appreciated that they didn't give me a hard sell on the insurance, I had full coverage through my insurance company.

Had an issue with one of the windshield wipers so we had to buy a new one. It was taken care of after we got back with a refund.
United Van rental was like having a personal Valet. Tracy walked me through every step of the way. The original bid was honored without a single up-charge. The Van was immaculate, like-new and ran perfectly. The process was so easy from beginning to end. I have given a 5 star rating on Google and Facebook because others need to know who they can trust for the best price and customer service like none other. We will absolutely use them again and again!

Smooth ride and easy on the gas, held 8 guys 8 golf carry on bags and 8 bags of luggage and we road very comfortable!!
