when i booked this reservation, it says unlimited miles; but when i got it for the rental; it was not unlimited miles; clerk tried to change contract, but was unable; he just gave me 300 miles/day upgrade instead of usual 200miles/day;
The vehicle class we reserved was not available so they put us in a smaller car. This worked out but most places put you in a better car for the same rate. We reserved a fusion and got a corola

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, CALLED AND SAID I DID NOT HAD A RESERVATION AND LIKE CRAZY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CAR, ENDING UP RENTING IN HERTZ, WOULD NEVER RECOMMED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF

Wouldn't recommend only because I prefer to pick up at the airport and not having to take shuttle to pick up the car.
Everything was great. My only knock is the seats. They were so stained and dirty. Definitely liked your company though.

I had a hell of a time first finding out how much I was actually going to be charged when all was said and done, and then, rejecting all sorts of extra fees (it went from $390 to $220, after first being quoted $200). I was upset, but know how to handle you guys next time, if there is one.
Oh, and the $60 you forced me to pay to drive anywhere north of LA was unexpected.
