The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Vehicle was not available for my reservation. They had made me a reservation at another place and offered to pay the difference; however, the new place ended up sending me somewhere else, so I couldn't get the rate I was quoted. They were very kind and apologetic but I really would have appreciated a phone call. The run around that I had to go through to finally get a car was extremely annoying.
Perfect car rental experience. Definitely will be renting from these guys win when I go back to San Diego.

My reservation was lost and they did not question (but prob good thing I had my paperwork). Picked me up promptly and service was excellent. Confirmed there was an error during the online registration process got it straightened out and put me in a rental quickly. All employees were friendly and good company during the process.

The staff was fantastic! Your driver was prompt and courteous picking us up and your rental agent was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful that I assumed he must be one of the owners. (Who else would work so hard to make the company a success, right?) we will rent from you again and heartily recommend you to travelers to the SoCal area!
Battery died when we were in Carlsbad - 60 miles from pick-up. Tom arranged for AAA to jump the vehicle & reimbursed us for our inconvenience. Great Experience . Will rent from him again
