Enjoyed both fewllas tlhat picked us up and brought us back to the airport. A little more time consuming than the major agencies, but a positive experience/value. Many thanks, folks.

Customer service was as good or better than any of the more well-known rental companies we've used in the past. They were the best priced in the area for our trip to Disney. Wouldn't hesitate to rent with them again!

They didn't even start cleaning the car until we arrived to pick it up even though we were hours past our pickup time. The staff was fairly rude. Best price around though

We were very satisfied with the service and vehicle
The initial car I rented smelled so strongly of air freshener that it was making me ill so I had to drive back (25 miles) to Ontario to exchange it. It also had a warning of low tire pressure light on which made me rather nervous. I was then given a 5 year old vehicle which shimmyed at anything over 50 and had so many squeeks and rattles, I was afraid the tires would fall off. Sometimes it took three or four tries for the engine to start. Not worth the lower rates to be concerned about safet
We had one car that had a mechanical problem. They supplied us with another car, and it also had a problem. We hope they fixed these issues instead of renting out the cars until they break down and leave someone stranded.
