Was not picked up at the airport, I made my way to the rental agency
The staff wasn't aware about the car drop off date and didn't give satisfactory information regarding weekends working hours and car drop off after hours.
Very convenient and super courteous staff. The vehicle was not fancy or new, but suited our needs perfectly. Would use them again.
The car we had did not drive right - seemed to have a transmission issue.
The person who picked us up from the airport to take us to the agency office was especially good at telling us about the area and the system. He was very personable.
We appreciated the professional manner and their service was better than big brand rentals. Thank you United Auto Rental; will do car rental again!

Very complicated pick up at the airport requiring taking a bus to a remote location from the terminal. It took several call to the rental office to finally get the right directions to a bus that took us to a car rental center where we were finally connected to a driver who took us to the rental car office of United. Time spent- almost an hour

The gentleman who picked us up was fantastic. All customer service was excellent. We did fix the taillight which no one could have foreseen that. Absolutely we will rent from you next year when we come!!!
