Love this place - super accommodating - let me repack my bags in their office and relax before my flight. Great service.

No problems at all, did notice the fuel filler cap missing when I refilled it to return.
After hours drop off was so easy although GPS couldn't find the place. Had to use maps on the phone.
Nice and dependable vehicle
This is a great alternative to the big agencies. You get the exact car you requested and are guaranteed a 4x4 if you want one. I recommend Rugged Rental to everyone.
Happy to get a vehicle upgrade. Slightly underpowered but no fault of the team. There was a billing glitch. We were charged for an airport pickup when we didn't have one. However this was fixed and credited promptly
I love the customer service I get from you guys. I've rented from you a few times. One suggestion to make, it would be nice if you would offer a ski rack for a nominal fee; my thinking is this: it would be convenient for guests who ski, obviously, but for you it would protect the investment in your vehicles by giving people an alternative to putting wet, long, sharp skis inside the vehicle.

Should not charge extra for skin racks, should be part of package.
