Great. Will be back next year
I marked a couple of low scores because we had problems with the first Suburban we rented on the first day, the staff at Rugged Rental stayed late so that we could get back there and exchange the vehicle, the second Suburban ran - and braked much better and had lower miles. Much appreciated that they stayed late on a Saturday to accommodate us. Thank you!

This was our first trip to Salt Lake. We will absolutely rent from you again when wr return. Fantastic service. Fantastic price.
Vehicle provided had larger aftermarket tires and rims, something was out of alignment/out of balance as the steering wheel would occasionally shimmy back and forth when driving the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler).
Everything went well and I will rent from you again..

Great customer service, clean and very nice vehicle. Definite positive recommendation for insuring a 4x4 vehicle for Park City winter.
I continue to be very satisfied with Rugged Rentals and definately plan to use again next time we travel to the west and need a vehicle. My only suggestion would be to supply a snow brush for winter rentals. Great job and reasonable rates. Please keep it up.
Lovely and helpful staff. Great to know pretty much for sure what car you're getting especially when you might need a hefty 4-wheel drive vehicle.
