The staff is super nice. They are wonderful ambassadors of how friendly Salt Lake City is.
I requested a 15 passenger van, but 2 seats were removed. Turned out to be beneficial for fitting skis in, but I'm really glad I only had 12 people.
I would have liked to have proper snow/winter tires instead of M+S

Everyone was friendly, efficient and helpful. We had the engine light go on and they immediately offered to swap it and give us a day’s credit without asking. We have rented many times from Rugged and always return.

I have rented from Rugged Rentals numerous times of the past 6-7 years and the reason I keep coming back is simply because they have always provided me with the vehicle I reserved at a reasonable price. In addition, they have picked me up from the airport in a timely manner. Kudos.
