Pleasantly surprised. Only minor problem was that car interior was dirty--a quick 1 minute wipedown and some air freshener would have made everything just right.
they always find something to add money into your account. not too good

I will not recommend this company to any one, very poor service, there was only one person working at edmonton international he was running the shuttle service, cleaning the cars, doing all paper work besides answering the calls from customers. He had no information from the head quarters who had booked the cars that day, fortunately I had a paper copy of my booking which helped .
Imagine - u make online booking, promptly receive confirmation email with polices 'n agreement, also u called to confirm. Everything goes as perfectly as possible. As scheduled, you go to pick your vehicle with ur travel plans in mind.
But, ON THE SPOT, you are refused to be given the car. After deliberations, reason given was - OUR INTERNAL SYSTEM PROBLEM. That’s what ACTUALLY happened with me. I ended up paying huge taxi fare. Now planning to SUE for DAMAGES, DISTRESS and BREACH OF CONTRACT

My overall experience was good, i only have a few issues, i was quoted unlimited mileage and then noticed on my invoice a 300km cap which wasnt a problem anyway but could have been as that was a factor in going to a new company and i was charged 10dollars day insurance when i have the car rental insurance on my credit card, now i have not recieved my bill for the 407 charges as of yet either which i am expecting in a month other than that it was an excellent experience and would go bac thks
I was travelling from Vancouver, BC and had booked a car Car Rental Express. I had never booked from this site before so I was concerned about whether the rate I booked it at would be honored by Routes. In was pleasently surprises when I was greated by very friendly staff who are committed to customer service. My booking / rate were both honored without any issues. I received a upgrade on the vehicle which was excellent on gas. I am leaving my current rental company and going with Routes!
