Overall good experience. Everything technically good,except staff and drivers remained stiff lipped and brief for discussion regarding further information and discussion.Could have been more courteous and humane.

I was not able to rent the car since I did not have my insurance information with me. I have never been asked for this before so I didn't have it. I ended up having to find another car rental agency that was more accommodating.

I was wainting the car 50 mn, Priya is one the arrogant and agressive person that i ever meet. I didn' t get even the automatic key of the kia suv. Before me she was talking to a asian person very rude and very agressive.
I will not recommend anyone to this place and only because of PRIYA. The persone who prepare the car was very professionnal and even another girl who makes the check up.... 125 dollars for a one day !!!
We had reserved for a compact and received a Kia Forte - which was bigger than we wanted and not as great on gas. The car was in great shape, though. However, the brakes were very touchy, almost a hazard if we had come to a sudden quick stop on icy roads. And it would help to have cruise control. Overall, though, we loved dealing with Routes and the rate was excellent.

Car had flat spots on rear tires that made I very noisy to drive at any speed above 40 mph. Rental ads on internet not clear about insurance requirements.
I loved the Kia I rented. Very clean, great on gas.
